Beer
The Spontaneous
A beer made by a winemaker ?
A bit strange, you may think! But there is something very special about the bubbles in our beer and that is that they are made using indigenous yeasts found on the skins of our own grapes! Just like our wines, our beer undergoes a spontaneous fermentation triggered by these indigenous yeasts. It is therefore no coincidence that it displays this same clean, direct character as our wines and the same notes of mango and yellow stone fruit. It is thirst-quenching and smooth on the palate with a mouthwatering finish that will awaken your tastebuds before you move on to one of our wines.
